Gradius Gaiden: 1CC on Normal Defaults with Vic Viper; reached 2R_3ST.

And that's about it. There's so many Shooters I could be playing right now, I really don't know where else to begin. Maybe I'll go try Border Down or something next.

Dai-ou-jou.

DAMMIT this game pisses me off.

Of all of Cave's games, for me, this one is the most irritating.

Death Label can be fun, but whoever came up with that 2nd boss (or the third boss and it's blue shots on blue background), needs to be fired, re-hired so he can be fired again, and then shot with a cannon. And then let me kick him for 24 hours.

Needless to say Im getting a bit aggravated at it, lol.

And argh, much as I LOVE Cave's games, I *hate* most of their scoring systems. Comboing, bleh.

Maybe I'll go play Mushi instead here.....

Super Earth Defense Forse on SNES. Good stuff.

Varth on the Capcom Collection 2 (PS2). Really fun, but LONG!

Between ROMs & SNES & Saturn & DC & N64 racers Ive got about 5 dozen games to choose from & Im still so new to all of them that I havent settled on anything in particular yet.

I have gone thru Chatting Parodius 1X & been working on R-Type Leo ( I dig that R-T Leo BG music ) the most I guess.

Im just not good enough yet to take on RSG for example. I want to survive for a while & actually play the game without getting blown to bits & having to start over.

Progear. Dammit, more Progear.

GAH I nearly beat this game tonight.

Got to the final boss, actually killed it's first form (cause this time I actually remembered that it was gonna do that ramming attack), got the 2nd form damaged enough to where it was mostly on fire, about to explode, AND THEN I DID SOMETHING DUMB AND HIT A BULLET. And it was something I *should* have dodged easily had I been THINKING.

GAH.

I had a pretty good score for it, at least. Though it probably woulda been better if I hadnt died once on the third boss and lost the x2 multiplier.

I'll beat this damn game yet!

Also been playing Guwange. Finally a chaining system I actually like.

That happens to me too damn much.

Oh and Progear it is, for a little while. With random cuts of Varth. I love Varth...

In The Hunt (PS1)

Going for the SCC here. I've been able to get up to level 6 on a single credit thus far (turning the default lives down to three)... but I'm still finding those fucking sea-to-air missiles in stages 4 and 6 a real problem.

Sleep, preceded in reverse chronological order by:

Flying Shark
Tatsujin
Tatsujin II (but only for the test mode, as BridgeM1 doesn't have its music yet)
Thunder Dragon II
Raiden Fighters 1 & 2 (I actually like these for playing more than Jet, but I'm also worse at them, probably 'cuz I don't have the fairy)

I have been playing Mushihimesama on arragne mode.

I may 1cc this one day before long.

I am currently failing at the true last boss. He is having some pattern of bullets that are insane to dodge.

I also need improvement on stage 4 and 5. I am able to no miss stage 3 most times.
