PS2 SCPH-90000 question/concern...
NCSX are selling the new Japanese SCPH-90000 PS2's. I haven't heard of any problems with them, but with an internal AC adapter, I'm a little concerned about overheating and such.

I would doubt its overheating. The original PS2 was developed quite some time ago, and standard chipset architecture was much larger back then. Heck, in the last year or two its decreased significantly.
Small cheaps = less electricity = less heat.
I wouldnt fear them too much. It's just the natural evolution of technology. Besides, Dreamcasts have an internal PSU and I've never had one overheat on me.

Very good points. I like your avatar; let's hope Gun-Nac gets a VC release!neist wrote:I would doubt its overheating. The original PS2 was developed quite some time ago, and standard chipset architecture was much larger back then. Heck, in the last year or two its decreased significantly.
