No we wouldn't. You wouldn't stretch a painting so I don't see why you'd stretch a game which was never designed originally for widescreen. Thats such a stupid point.

Well, regardless, the point is that the Standard mode is not an accurate representation of the orignal versions of Rez, stretched or otherwise.

To my eyes, vector/polygon games don't look as bad when stretched as sprite based games do. Every one of my friends who plays 4:3 games on their widescreen TVs has the ratio stretched, so, stupid or not, it doesn't bother a lot of people.

Rez / Rez HD.

Overrated.

It's just a very pretty and nice sounding rail shooter, there's no innovation past the presentation. It's also exceptionally easy.

Exactly. Pulling off 100% on every area is not a walk in a park.
