RefRain demo - from RebRank, the creators of Samidare

I didn't see a topic but then again, "refrain" is tough to search for and get what you mean.

The demo for RefRain came out at Comiket 73. Anyone else played this? Any impressions? Out of all the old Amusement Makers spinoffs, I actually like RebRank and Seihou more than Touhou actually.



This is more of an offtopic issue but I will ask it here since I don't really know where else to. There's no high score thread (I know it's still just a demo), and I would submit a score if there was one, but I don't want to create one myself. Selfish, I know. I am a lazy bum who is busy with other things and I know I would just do a poor job of maintaining it.

I already feel terrible that I haven't posted a lot more in the scores subforum, but it seems too annoying to have to go through all my old save files, memory cards, etc to get all my old scores, so I keep putting it off.

Is the demo available for download? I can't find anything there. (I don't speak japanese and that page is one huge mess of links).

The level that's in the demo is quite tricky but the gameplay's very good
