Is it possible....

Post by sjoecool1991 »

Is it possible for an arcade PCB to run on a PC that has literally nothing on it?
Because I was going to system restore my computer, and not install anything at all.
I have the money to buy a PCB, and I have a place to buy one, and I have a fairlly nice arcade stick.
I just don't know if it is possible to run one on a PC.

You can't run PCBs on PCs. You need a cab or a supergun to run a PCB.

You mean stuff like Type X that run on a version of Windows? No, there's too much interconnected custom hardware on those systems that your computer won't have.

Damn, I was thinking about Ti (TGM3).
Oh well, I don't have 1000+$ to blow, so I just have to stick to my PS2/MAME.
