What should come with an Ibara PCB kit?

Post by spadgy »

Thanks to a very nerdy thread on Cave serial numbers, I discovered my Ibara PCB is a re-programmed Black Label, and seemingly the higest numbered here (IB-212).

Anyway, in the kit there's all the usual (instructions, thin strip marquee, big thick tri-fold marquee, a smaller marquee (A4 size I think)), but also, in some plastic wallet there's a Muchi Muchi pork flyer with a cut out and build 'pig on a parachute' type toy on the back. Well, not a toy, but a piece of crap really.

Is that meant to be in there, perhaps only as a part of the re-programmed kits? Or has it just ended up in there?

The retailers tend to throw the odd flyer in when you buy a kit. GP & SuperPang do too ;)

This year I’ve had 2 death smiles flyers & a mushi tamma. I take it it’s just what they have lying about.

I see. So it's quite standard to get miscelanious flyers. Despite my shameful collecter urges, I'll have a think about it, and maybe I'll just give it to somebody who'll put it to use, as for now it's just in a box...

That said, I'm just moving, so maybe it'll go up on the wall.

I'll swap for a Death Smiles Flyer :)

You can then give that away if you don't want it

Well, I move in on Friday (Second move in 6 bloody weeks!). If by the time I've unpacked it hasn't found a space on the wall, it's yours. I'll send it for free as you're in Scotland, and I have a shit load of stamps left from my wedding when I bought far too many to send invites. That said, don't get your hopes up too much, because I might want to get it on the wall. Let's just say I'm considering a fit of generosity to make up for my rampant shmup purchasing.
