how dumb
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Haha I enjoyed that. especially the insanely computerized voice. Humor me, is the text-to-speech tool you used from SitePal?

This reminds me on that one site on Sonic 3 that compared the music to Michael Jackson and said that the his music may have originally planned to be in the game. A bunch of rumor and speculation with no sources given, but the comparison was interesting.

HAHAHA YOU DIED ON STAGE 2 ALREADY

Besides, it´s pretty similar, yes.
CIT recently pointed out how the Death Smiles boss tune sounds similar to Rolling Stones - Paint It Black.

Quite brilliant! It goes both ways. Crazy Brittany Spears copied something from Salamander once. DEL actually spotted this, and I keep using his fact!

this is the worst, i mean it's note for note theft, at least namiki wears his inspirations on his sleeve - ok the underground resitance one is almost a total rip off, but he hasn't based his career on repeating the tactic...

WTF? YouTube follows with 2 video replies when others songs were stolen by Timbaland. I guess this must be pretty easy when the original composers are little people who don´t have the lawyer power to properly sue him over this.

The germans did it, too! From indians!

Tell us more... never heard about this before.
Could it mean that she (or her producers) actually have good taste in video games? :?

For the people here who have actually played the original Salamander (Mame or PCB) to the end of a loop, yes the DANGER DANGER DANGER DANGER from Britney's Gimme More track is the exact same as the Salamander Last Boss warning, just sped up a bit.
Random trivia I know

I powered up my cabinet with ESP.rade 2 days ago and found one of the tunes to be quite remarkably similar to Castlevanias SOTN tune.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.

Not exactly a rip off, but...

Fake Time from IIDX Red [From about 00:58 to 01:16]

Ketsui Stage 4

If you listen carefully they both have the same guitar samples, probably stock on some keyboard.

What thread on this topic would be complete without mentioning the music for Doom, Bobby Prince, and various acts like Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, and Soundgarden.
