Were the following 2D Shooters ever commercially released for the PC?

I was wondering if the following 2D shooters were ever commercially released for the PC as full/final products in some media CD/DVD-ROM or Floppies?

XII STAG – Shoot Em Up / / Vertical / TAITO (I’ve tried a demo called XII STAG Limited)

Magical Chase - Cute Em Up / Horizontal / Palsoft (Conversion from the PCE featuring a young witch like the Cotton series)

Reflex – Siterkain - Shoot Em Up / Vertical (Was the full final version ever released? I’ve only tried a 3 level Kick-Ass demo)

Metal Force - Shoot Em Up / Vertical (I have very little info on this apart from a few random lo-res screen-shots)

Moral Minus - Shoot Em Up / Vertical (I’ve tried a demo back in 2002; it featured high-res polygonal graphics like Ikaruga)

Twinkle Soft Vertical Shooters:

Excess Fraction - 1999
Rally Raid - 2000
Steel Heart - 2000
Barrage Tribe - 2001

No. Although a pocket PC game was released that utilizes a stylus.

So the only true arcade port available is the PS2 version.

No. The 3 level demo appears to be the farthest the game ever got. A pity too.

Barrage Tribe - 2001

Excess Fraction, Rally Raid and Barrage Tribe did have disc-based releases (I can't recall what the status of Steel Heart was... considering it was more of a Caravan Mode game). The problem is that Twinkle Soft disbanded several years ago. I know for a fact that the full versions of EF and RR are still downloadable through Vector Soft (for about $10 each).

Interestingly enough, the US TurboGrafx-16 version of Magical Chase was slightly improved in the graphics department, compared to the PC-Engine version:

Was the PC version based on the PCE or the TG-16 version, or was it improved further more with true 256 colours on screen?

Tis the reason why such die-hard Japanese PCE gamers are willing to pay some serious yen for the Turbo Technologies Incorporated (TTI) version of Magicial Chase which was released in very limited quanities to begin with -- remains the very last TG-16 Hu-Card released to date for the TurboGrafx-16/Turbo Duo console platforms back in the summer of 1993... ^_~

i have all of Twinkle soft games but Steel Heart in full version, they all rock.... now, about moral minus, i remember buyin this one bakc in 2003 or so, with the other two games (actually 3) that mikael tilander made by then (cunningas, this is no rose garden and a platformer one).

also, last year i bought the XIIStag game for PocketPC... it takeas awhile to get used to, but once you do, its AWESOME!. but i preffer the PS2 version (for obvious reasons).
