RGB Spider cable

Post by undamned »

For those of you with an un-modded Spider cable, could you tell me which pin the Brown wire is connected to (you have to pop open the scart shrowd and take a peak).

Thanks! :D

You mean the one you can connect to your:
ps1/ps2
Xbox
Saturn
Gamecube/SNES, but has no RGB for these consoles!

That one? No I can't tell you anymore, but I can give out a warning about that cable. As stated in the manual, don't connect more than obe console with that cable!
So it's no connecting all consoles at the same time. Which is what I got it for. This happened to me once. I had the ps1 and saturn in at the same time (heck, I'm a scoundrell and did it anyway) and while the ps was on and the saturn was off, I could see the power light faintly burning on my Saturn. NOT COOL! Then my saturn turned into some temporary state of paralesis. I couldn't get my Saturn on anymore GULP. After a while it started working again, but it was still a scary situation. So this is a warning for you or anyone else with this cable or thinking about buying one.
