If you do a search, PS3 version has tearing as well. But it seems like some people are seeing it and others aren't. However, it's not consistently throughout the game. It's only in certain areas for some reason. Definitely not effecting my overall love for the game, but it is odd that it's there.

And why not include a jump button as well, just for the heck of it? I also find it annoying that when you grab a barrel, the animation takes so long so you get shot.
What difficulty are you playing on? Medium is a breeze. I started over on Hard last night and it's a major difference. Took me forever to complete the first stage. Stage 4 boss is giving me one hell of a time now. I can't imagine what Super Hard is going to be like once I unlock that.
Jump button? Are you serious? It encourages use of the arm mechanic. A jump button would completely defeat the whole point of the game. I realize it feels weird not being able to jump at first, but once you get used to the arm the game just clicks.
I'm loving this game to pieces myself. XBLA game of the year for me.
