Jesus F. Christ, please tell me that's all memorization, not real-time dodging skills... If it's the latter i think i'll just quit shmups now.

Those youtube comments for that Ikaruga vid are pure awesome. Here, I found the best so you don't have to.
touhou imperishable night is much harder than this game, although this looks awesome too :)

Ikaruga is one of the best shmup games ever. It ranks 2nd as my favorite shmup game. 1st being Elemental Gearbolt.

This stage is INSANE! But I got one question why is this game still considered a 2-D shooter if most of the visuals rotate in 3D?

i bet i could rape this kid at basketball

The most recent replay i found impressive was Strikers 1945-2 on Superplay.co.uk. took a while to download it, but worth the wait specifically the 2nd loop boss runs. way more impressive than both Strikers 1945 and Strikers 1999.

@Mills
Try downloading the Gunbird 2 ALL replay from super-play.co.uk . For me it's the most impressive superplay ever and I#m sure you as a Psikyo fan could enjoy it. :)

Exciting even just to watch. To play like that must cause your heart to pound through your ribcage...
