Epsgaluda / Mushi PCB Advice

Post by Steve »

Can anyone on the board advise me -

1) Does Espgaluda pcb support a 4th button config ?

According to the pcb sheet the board only works with 3 buttons (looking at sheeps site and comparing to the pcb sheet on my Espgaluda 2 pcb).
Cave's website seems to indicate that there is a 4th button option and it is switchable like Espgaluda 2.

Can anyone who has the pcb confirm which is right.

2) Is it worth getting the Mushi pcb compared to the PS2 port.
I know this has probably been asked numerous times but if you had the money is it worth doing (is there a noticable difference).

Thanks for any (informed) comments.

Espgaluda will use a 4th button for autofire, but I never knew you could switch it like Espgaluda 2.

Thanks for the confirmation.

I always use C on my stick as autofire when playing Cave games.
I use the second control config on Espgaluda 2 (i.e. Auto on C, Guard on D).

I seem to remember someone on these forums mentioning about Espgaluda Autofire on D (4th button).

I want to play it with Auto on C and when I read the above link on the cave site I thought it was available.

I suppose I could wire a special loom and swop C and D.

Cheers
