within the past 2 weeks i have bought Doom III and Brothers in Arms and both are great.
Psychonauts just came out, which i have been waiting on ever since i saw a lone screen of Raz soon after the Xbox launch (but more specifically when i found out Tim Schafer was attached). further, Pariah has just gone gold, and will be out first week of May. and that map editor looks like some concentrated fun.
all this in a time where saving should be my A1 priority. what to do?<rhetorical
I just picked up Sonic Mega Collection Plus and Spikeout: Battle Street (this one mostly due to the apparent rarity) yesterday. I haven't even really been paying attention to XBox stuff lately, although I do plan to get Forza when it's out.
Smilepit gone! dammit never heard that until now, those guys delivered the goods and they get dissolved, its just not fair, the industries tough but it still dosen't make decisions like that right.

Indeed, I may hate Orta as a "Panzer Dragoon" game, but there is no denying that it was a great game and that Smilebit was one of the last truly great innovative/quirky/niche developers. Sucks indeed.
Anyways, Advent Rising isn't out yet, so no, your Xbox quota isn't full.
Also, if you don't have Phantom Crash and Kung Fu Chaos... then tsk tsk.

The cave whore count in this thread is unbelievable!!!
Phantom Crash looks awesome, and is a possibility, but I don't know how much i would play it.
Kung Fu Chaos is a no, however. Didn't like what i played and i only play single-player (shame, what with all the FPSs i play, but true).
Phantom Crash is very cool. The post-apocalypse environments and plot get me excited, and the game play isn't too shabby either. Plus, the game just feels extremely solid and polished.
I'm enjoying Unreal Championship 2 as well. I wasn't that fired up about the melee weapons, and it isn't quite as balanced as I would like, but Unreal Tourney did always need FATALITIES!

You definitely should try it. Just seeing how much of a different spin the Midway team put on the Unreal Tourney franchise makes it worth a play. Also, the single player mode is FAR better developed than it has been in the previous games.
The balancing issues aren't in terms of difficulty. They have more to do with certain characters and melee versus ranged weapons. However, none of them are game breaking.
Phantom Crash is a great "pick up, play for a few min, buy some new parts (or upgrade yours), and move on". I seriously wasted 100+ hours in that game...

apparently then the reviewers just found a really convincing "crying pussy" costume. they talk a lot about how one setting is easy enough to be un-fun and the next up is much too hard.
