Boomshine
http://www.k2xl.com/games/boomshine/
I know its not a real shmup but it reminds me a bit of Every Extend, and I was wondering if there are any other games out there like them. Thanks in advance.
Oh yea, does anyone know how to play Boomshine offline?

The slow down's gone now. I really don't think it's too hard for most people either. I've got quite nifty with practice.
I've just been playing a lot of Everyday Shooter. Level one really reminds me of Boomshine, once I learned not to shoot anything apart from the chain-bombs...
Is this thread off-topic?

Is that a thank you to Boomshine, or this thread for introducing you?undamned wrote:Thank you for stealing my life.

It's a time killer isn't it? My wife even played it at about 5am on New Years Eve when we had about 15 people over... I caught her on it when she was 'going downstairs to get more drink'!

Without one level restart? Good job!
You get a cookie, but if you bite in too close to the rest of the cookies, they might all crumble at once in a big biscuity chain...

If you hover over the flash application it shows you the source link (in Firefox anyway). You just load that link and then File/Save As. Or, just right-click and 'save as' the direct link: http://games.mochiads.com/c/g/fdeca3053 ... mshine.swf
Then run it offline with whatever program you want (browser, media player, etc.)
