Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this technique, or has ever tried it.

Looks like he is using an 8" Logitec ps2 slim monitor. Screen looks clean enough, I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was a great alternative to a full size tv or if it at least is playable.

It looks nice, but I wouldn't say that it beats a normal tated TV. I don't know how good these LCDs are but if you only go by size it is much better to play on a big TV then on this little screen.
