What do you know about this plug-and-play unit?

I found one at the local Walgreens for $13 (bad omen #1...and it's not the exact value that I'm referring to...). I noticed that it has some shmups on it, but I have to wonder why they SPECIFICALLY mentioned power-ups for one (Last Cobra), unless power-ups aren't common to them all. (Don't worry, I haven't purchased it yet)

Long story short: I'd like to make sure that I'm not looking at something along the lines of Action 52...

I had SOMETHING similar to this... only it was a bunch of hacks.

There was actually a Gun+Nac hack in there. That shocked me. PERFECTLY intact, save some changed sprites. It was called Spacewar2 or something like that. There was also Arkanoid. (Paddling if I remember)

A credit card company gave me something like that for free (used some points) except it looked like a PSP. It had a few rips of shmups on it as well but it was a piece of crap. It broke for some unknown reason 2 weeks after I got it.

My advice would be to PASS on it.
