Question about Galaxy Force II development...

Did Yu Suzuki have anything to do with the development of Galaxy Force II? Because I cannot understand why the game is not on Yu Suzuki's Game Works for the Dreamcast.

I don't think he had anything to do with the game according to the Arcade History Data Base. Man, I loved playing the deluxe version of this game in the arcade.
