Trouble Witches turns into Tomboy Witches

Funny, the page they've put up still isn't in English. But by the looks of it, it's MegaDrive Zero Wing all over again:

(Not that I'm complaining. Will they hire English-speaking VA's as well?)

It's a very regular difficulty indeed.

I guess it's better than nothing, although that translation looks terrible just from what we've seen of the menus. I can't imagine how bad the story dialog will be translated.

Well whatever, I like the game enough I'll probably buy it anyway, if just to get a basic idea of the story, and possibly get some funny screenshots out of it. -___-

The Japanese version runs fine for me, like with most doujins. I think Studio Siesta just wants to expand their market.
Don't just dodge bullets, dance around them.

I was only able to get the demo at the bottom of the page, do the other
"patch" files need to be with it to update it? Do I need only one, or all of them
in order?

You only need the latest one, and you can't patch the demo.

I find it interesting how Pril's feature is listed as "boob" when the other two characters have a bigger chest.

Also, it is Tomboyish Witches, which is an even more ridiculous name.

Oh LOL. Also the name change is pretty bad, how exactly are those witches tomboys?

...well, you were right. but I HATE stage 4 (Magma Field)... too many
bullet-hell reeking destroyers around fire-spewing asteroids ruined
everything! I didn't take a scratch untill THAT part! The boss was even
worse, but reminded me of something from Gradius and R-Type put together.

Problem was the enemy units were leeching lives too damn much and I only
had 1 left, then my buttside.. which wasn't enough for that fight. First time I
made it THAT far, because in the demo, I lost at stage 2's boss (the twins)
from the last girl left pulled a blow which I didn't even see.

That's what happens to me from staying away from games and into too much
school WAY too long.

I sucked like crap... しまった!

Oh, um... and I used the girl who's at the top of THIS page.

Stage 4 gets pretty tricky in places, but it's not really that hard on Normal difficulty. As for the boss, it's really easy once you know what you have to do and see the simple pattern in follows. You can mash on the gates to get to the core really quickly, then just knock out the flame thrower walls when the core forces you to move around behind it.

Also, you can always get the Barrier spell card and use it any time you think you are going to get hit. I usually buy one in Stage 3 and sit on it until I need it (which is usually not until Stage 5 most of the time).

The manual is also wrong in that you can stock multiple of the same spell cards, including Barrier. Barrier is really, really good... but of course also very expensive and you don't get any money back for them like other spell cards.

When it comes to your character (Yuuki), personally I think she is the worst of the characters. All of her damage comes from her Familiar, which means if you are using your magic circle, you will do shit for damage. Keep that in mind as you'll have to work around it. It also makes familiar spell cards fairly worthless for her.

Eep, no wonder why things were getting hard on that stage...

Stage 4 isn't that bad. I have a recording of it, but I didn't upload it yet because.... I'm lazy.

I'll be surprised if they also go through the process of putting in English voices (although they COULD turn out bad)

Won't be amused if they did sound horrible in English mode. Sometimes
Better, but most times worse. For the boys however, it can be backwards.
