The top one looks like Fox Mcloud from StarFox.
So, what is it? "Operation Kitty Storm". Those pesky cats aren't there for the oil...so sir. They need all the desert sand to make more kitty litter. Have you checked the prices on kitty litter at the store lately? Bloody outragous man!

My cat does that to me regularly, its just not big enough to knock me over and so bolts once its recovered lol

Cats are fucking mental, ever noticed how all cats go nuts for half and hour sometimes? Like they're mentally unstable, or chemically unstable in their eds and sometimes they're brains will go unbalanced resulting in the cat running up walls, round in circles and jumping into stuff for half an hour.
