I picked up powerups, I kept my chain going, I built up my multiplier, I overused the shield, and I scored about 40 trillion.

Too bad I was playing E4 on the 360. :?

Maybe if I keep it up I can get into the Guinness Book of World Records for GigaWings2. (Then I will play the real-time actioner communications game Animal Crossing for 30 years and then kill myself.)

GAH! I was doing pretty good against the final boss, but got my butt kicked because he out lived my mighty "Bomb 'N Shield" combo. Granted, I only had one bomb, but still...

Sometimes I wonder why Twin Galaxies even bothers anymore.....

The actual arcade died a long time ago. And so did the real scoreboard.

Doing it the way they do it now makes NO sense.....

Funny, though.

And I'll have a score for this game up tomorrow, I think.

I was getting frustrated at it for awhile, and now have decided, screw Ruby, I always hated using her (my worst plane to use), and Stuck's weapon was always nonsensical to me.

I'll do this with Isha, dangit.

The other part that dont help my score is that Im too impatient to milk the stupid bosses......

I also have to stop playing Progear first, haha....

OOOHH, I hate you Del. Now I'll have to improve my score. Goddamn, I can't believe you beat my score for such a small difference. THis is like 0.5 seconds of more boss miliking. Is like collecting just a couple more of medals.

I bet we are playing more or less at the same way to have such a close score , heh :D

And I was so happy I was ahead of The Coop.... but this is in the past now.

Goddamn, I'll NEED to improve my score. I hate all you guys.

Second time I've cleared Giga Wing; a tad bit more refined than the first time. I made sure to make every bomb count, so I actually had an entire life in reserve I think. I feel satisfied with beating the game again, breaking my old score, and for being able to stay ahead of this forum for the most part. I'm fucking sick of this game, though...And I really don't want to play it for awhile. Perhaps it's time to dust off Giga Wing 2 or Generations.

All right, now beat the pants off this score Javel, sik, Icarus, and the rest of Namako Team!

I hate when this happens. And it happens a lot. It would be better it the shield recharged as soon as you hold the button, and not wait a second to activate it... :/

One thing I noticed, I feel here the shield takes longer to recharge than in GWG, which I had been playing between the STGT weeks (and changing it with Gradius V).

My cat hates Giga Wing.

So much so that when I play she yowls like I'm beating her or something. Its pretty funny actually, she usually sits on my lap and watches me play most shooters. I think she likes the pretty colors. Something about Giga Wing turns her into a monster though. Her claws dig into my leg. She cries and yowls. Eventually her hair stands on end and she begins panting.

At first I thought it was a coincidence, but I can barely get through 2 levels now without her shenanigans.
