Oh well, didn't have much time to play this week. I could only squeak out 60K more, died in exactly the same place, by exactly the same sniper. :? At least I'm consistent.

I hate to say this, but you're using the wrong version. It's supposed to be the Japanese New Version, which has no looping.

He's a PCB player, and Edge has given him the okay (since there's no appreciable rank difference between the regions) provided he doesn't continue playing after the first loop (which doesn't seem to be any degree of likely by the looks of things)

Can't beat the second boss ever without dying atleast once... And burning bombs like hell... And that usually leaves me with some random powerup and no bombs going into the 3rd stage, which gets me killed quick...

Sadly, I've got a good rhythm to get 100% and no miss through the first 2 stages up to the stage 2 boss too... oh well

Last score for me(and just enough to pass P_HAT):

Why is everyone picking on poor P_HAT? Not that I mind, picking on people is always fun... I'm just curious as to whether there's a reason, or if P_HAT was just the lucky winner of the "random target" award.

Maybe P_HAT is the new mile-marker for low-tier scoring? Bullet Magnet, your position could be in jeopordy =)

Don't worry about it. I was just worried I was going to be the only one with a score for the team. Hope ya guys enjoyed the game a little, Tempest hates it with a fire of a thousand suns.

I was really hoping I could get at least a 4 million score to boost the team up, but I lost a ton of confidence and morale in this game early in the week and it killed me. That and I could never get MAME plus to work. Must be doing something retarded. Ah screw it, who needs auto fire any way. Got that 3 mil score on Weds day, and could not even match it through out the week.

I'm glad this week is over, I stayed up way too late playing this last night. I think I'll take a break from the compo next week.

Got 2 5.9M scores, which are only like 20k above the highest score I put here, so not like it would change my ranking or anything.
