If this tournament is anything, it's certainly a rude awakening to how utterly I suck at this genre. Played a few runs, didn't beat my score (not by enough for me to bother posting it as of right now), got frustrated, decided to read more "Drik Gently's Holistic Detective Agency."

Sorry, until now I didn't play much this week again. So, I haven't much contributed to the team this year so far. I somehow had trouble to with the stuff I'd like to do in my freetime. And when I have some time to spend, I can't really get in a shmupping mood. As in my mind I am thinking about too many different things and I can't focus on playing a game. I hope this is getting better during the upcoming weeks...

Oh, and just for the record I think Viper Phase 1 is a pretty good game, in my opinion at least.

Edit: doh. The score was for Stage 2. I assumed it was for Stage 3 because I went by my highest score on the high score screen and forgot I scored higher in Stage 2. I still obtained the score during the tournament, but I didn't write it down because I wanted to wait until I got a higher score. With half the time spent with other games like Picross, I decided to go ahead and post my score. I like this game quite a bit so far, but I rather play games I own.
