I finally managed to 100% Stage 1 and 2. However the stage 3 boss, yeah, I'm done with this, I have a party to get ready for. Weekend of guitar hero fun, drinking, camping out, and pepsi man.

I'm very sure they count towards the 100% bonus, maybe you missed the one on the right that flys away if you scroll over to the left side for too long
