Sony Playstation, Sega Saturn & 3DO power consumtion?

Anyone here knows how many Watts a playstation, saturn and 3DO consumes? Intressted in US and JPN systems...

Thing is a have a stepdown-converter that says it's suitable for the above mentioned consoles but it doesn't say how many watts it's good for.

any help appriciated! Thanks!
