Garegga crashed all the time in my older MAME programs, so I updated and got the newest release. Now, it won't even acknowledge the files, and when I try to run them anyway, it gives me a bunch of error messages.
What is the problem here? Do I need some sort of BIOS file for this, or what?

Re: Big Time Problems with Garegga in MAME .118
The sets have been reorganized; this often happens when a new version of a game is dumped and added. The set name has also been changed from "battleg" to "bgaregga". None of the actual ROMs have changed, so you don't need any new files, unless you want to try the newly-dumped two-button European version (it's like the Saturn version with the "special option" option selected) Just unzip all your Battle Garegga romsets and rezip their contents into a single archive titled "bgaregga.zip".evil_ash_xero wrote:Garegga crashed all the time in my older MAME programs, so I updated and got the newest release.
