CPS2 Price Guide

Post by MikeB »

I'm compiling a list of CPS2 games and prices you should be paying for them for a feature, anyone want to help out?

Need approximate prices for used boards, doesnt matter what region, for the following:

Base A-Board

The following would be for B-board only:

Eco Fighters
19XX
Alien vs Predator
Street fighter Alpha/Zero 2
XMen Vs Street Fighter
Vampire Saviour
Dungeons & Dragons Shadow over Mystara
Dimahoo/Great Mahou Daisakusen
1944
Progear

Cheers

I would say look through closed ebay auctions and then, in the event that you could get said titles cheaper overseas, how much you would pay including extra shipping and average all that :D

Going price for JPN CPS-2 Mars Matrix 'A&B' board set...

Post by PC Engine Fan X! »

For MikeB,

If you can pay at least $52.50 (or thereabouts) USD for a Japanese CPS-2 version of Mars Matrix (for both a complete 'A&B' board set), then you got yourself a very good deal, indeed! I paid that asking price off of eBay.com and shipping was an extra $15.00 of top of that..... ^_~

Well, your input is never a worthless thing- but the majority of those are under market prices- if you wait for some of those prices you'd be hard pressed unless you're looking for ratty b boards only, maybe even dead stuffs : )

I'd say dpful was about right.. being in the UK I'd put a £ sign in front of those figures and it would probably be quite accurate ;)

The US to UK prices are prety much spot swapping $ for £

Base A-Board £25

The following would be for B-board only:

Eco Fighters £60-£80 (guess as they don’t come up for sale in the uk often
19XX £60-£80
Alien vs Predator £100
Street fighter Alpha/Zero 2 £45
XMen Vs Street Fighter £0
Vampire Saviour £30
Dungeons & Dragons Shadow over Mystara £100
Dimahoo/Great Mahou Daisakusen £70
1944 £45-60
Progear £100-£140

You'd have to add shipping on top. You do get better deals though. SS2X for example ranges from £25-£120!! over the past year
