The bullet patterns of IN are very consistent with it's theme and setting, which to me is it's greatest strength. Granted that the game has relatively limited scope (less emphasis on shooting) compared to some other games. However, if you are willing to accept the game for what it is then it can be an enjoyable experience.

First off, to answer your initial question - I do play on GPGNet, but my computer is somewhat lacking so I haven't played any ranked games because my system just lags once the unit count reaches a couple hundred.
And see, I actually consider Dawn of War to be better than Starcraft. SC is a great game for sure, but I find the gameplay in DoW:DC to be deeper and more satisfying.
And regarding Q3 vs Q4... they're both crap compared to Q2.
