What is "Magic Great Battle"?

Post by mainpatr1 »

I was looking through KLOV's list of Raizing games and found one called Magic Great Battle. I think this might be the European version of Dimahoo because this game was made in the same year and on the same arcade board as Dimahoo. Anyway, what is this thing exactly? KLOV had fake games on there before.

Sounds like a literal translation of Mahou Daisakusen.

That sorta makes sense. Mahou means Magic. I think Daisakusen means "great plan"

Sakusen (作戦) means (military) operation, or strategy.

The only thing worse than transliterating titles is transliterating names.

I forgot all about that! Thanks :O

Although that is the only one I have heard of, I'm pretty sure, and to be fair there were considerable rumors about it (even if silly ones).
