is that the type-x version? how is it?
no, this one was made before the Taito Type-X version (Tetris The Grand Master3 -Terror Instinct-)

it is on the Psikyo SH2 hardware, as a single PCB.

very cool game, almost like a "manic" version of Tetris. I really enjoy playing the Time Attack mode

nope, this is the one that's on NAOMI GD-ROM. but it looks like it was based on it (I have the DC one too).

screens:

http://www.sega-naomi.com/software/ng/C ... e_Plus.htm

I think it actually came out after the DC remake, since it has some added stuff not found in any other revision.

AFAIK there was no port of Plus, it's NAOMI-exclusive ;)

auctions.yahoo.co.jp

PS:
I can barely remember, but I think I've only seen just one other copy there back in 2003-2004 (though I didn't bother to check the various PCB shops at the time). that one was a complete set of GD-ROM w/artwork, sold for about 70,000 JPY

IMO it is difficult to find this game.

YAJ had the artwork alone sell for around 25,000Y like 3-4 months ago. Never seen the GD-ROM.

so this is like the fifth time I've seen it on YJA... still a very scarce game

The PCB inside my home computer is currently my most prized.

Following that, Devastators, or maybe Spinal Breakers.

Probably my Hopper Robo PCB. Very rare, and I've even got an instruction card to go with it. Found only tonight that the colours in MAME are wrong for this game, helped them fix it - should be in the next release.
