Castle Shikigami 3 a rumor or not??...

I keep hearing every so often about a Castle Shikigami 3-has this game even been developed yet? I certainly hope that there is a 3rd in the series and that this is not just a rumor.

Last I heard it's supposed to hit Japanese arcades sometime this summer (probably August-ish).
