Sin Jen Guardian Storm. HELP!!!! Any way to get to DIPs?

No Dip Switches visible on the board, tried test/service, tried holding test/service on power up. No luck. This one rotates opposite most other PCBs and I need to know if there is any way to flip it.

Kind of a rare/uncommon board, but hopefully someone here has it and can maybe help.

Can you take a picture of the PCB? Mame says there are dip switches, or some kind of test menu with screen flip option, so it must be there. Perhaps there is a test button on the PCB?
