'Shmups ~ Class of '98' is my newest web video were I take a look at all the shoot-em-up's released in 1998 acording to my trusty emulator MAME32 0.98. 1998 was quite an important time in the arcade calander and for shoot-em-up's it was no exsepction even if there were only 11 "shmups" released acording to MAME32 0.98 at that time.
The reviews featured in the video which I have provided the link to below follow the format of me telling you what I think about them as I am playing them hence they are unscripted and a bit more relaxed than what I normaly do so there might be a mistake or two in there.
Anyway sit back and relax and enjoy the video!

Cheers guys. Yeah I know some of the games do have stage edit but many people don't know how to acess it and you would not be able to use it in regular arcades so to speak. (although try finding these games in a regular arcade, impossable! )
I am going to try and find a video or file hosting website so that you can download the orignal movie, stay tunned for more details.

I don't hate the game, I can see why people like it and I think it's a great game in it's own right I just like my Shmups a bit more well... simple really.

Oh yeah I am currently uploading the orignal video on to Bigupload for some direct download action. I will also convert the video to DIVX format as well and upload that as well hopefully by the end of tonight.
Just posted a link to the direct download for the .WMV version. I am currently uploading the DIVX version I type this. Files should be up for as long as people want it but if it goes down PM me and I;ll rehost it again!
