The U.S. version of course. I could play this game if it was the cutscenes only. Anyway, all from Ko.

"My name is Ko PI, kicking swine up."
"DAMNED NINJA!!!!"
"NOOOOOOOOO!"
"Kicking your butts"
"I'm giving you two choices. A. Beaten then caught, or B. Caught, then get beaten."

He's always obsessed with beting things down. And his horrible voice actor just makes it better.

I think "Crooked... Caslte?" will always stick in my mind the most because it's just so weird yet not really far off in translation at all.

If Working Designs had released both Castle Shikigami No Shiro 1 & 2, their world-class recording studio would've given the voice-overs a better treament and the ol' Engrish translation a more traditional American English translation (of course, with the usual WD's wacky sense of humor as well). ^_~

But since WD's no longer in the business of producing 3rd-party software for the PS2 (or even the PS3 for that matter), it's a given that WD's take on the Shiki PS2 franchise would've been better than what XS Games has released now..... ^_~

Yes PURRLEASE! The euro version had the cutscenes removed entirely. I feel I am really missing out.

there you can download voice samples of the us release of shiki 2. i once had found another site that that pretty much had such a transcription of the game's story but i can't find anymore .

I don't remember it verbatim, but the dialogue with the first boss if you're playing with two people, one as the detective werewolf, and the other as the chick with the bullet reflecting kitty. The dialogue is just... wow.
