For TKGB_Mental_Gear,

Ah yes, the very famous "Ripple the Witch" character is taken from a PC Engine game called "Magical Chase". TTI even released a USA version of Magical Chase with new Stage 1 background scenery. It's very collectable even in Japan -- really colorful Hu-Card based "cute-em up" genre shmup title to add to one's PCE/TG-16 Hu-Card collection..... ^_~
