Need a couple of Saturn pads for PS2...

I have been looking in vain for a decently priced (approximately $30) Sega-made Saturn-style controller for the PS2. No online vendor seems to have any available, nor do any private sellers want to part with them.

I have a favor to ask: Would any of you be willing or able to mod a couple of actual Japanese-style Saturn pads for the PS2? I'll pay handsomely.
