Heh, I did the same thing a little while back (pull the game out, play a few score attacks). I can never quite figure out score attack. I ended up beating my score on the first shot, obviously a bit rusty (4,- forgot to save it, though).

Yeah, I just started playing it again around 2 or 3 in the morning, and decided to start playing it more. I forgot how much fun this game was.

Pardon for the backtrack, but I'm still a bit stunned by Pugeta's reflect laser score.

I'll try to bang out more scores for other stages in Score Attack, and to actually try playing Arcade mode for score.

As a huge fan of this game I decided to post my highscore. Its nothing much, but I have put a tremendous amount of time into this game since its release in the States. Being able to 1CC Gigawing 2 is a huge accomplishment for me, now to work on boss milking!

Did I get that right? Which one is the Owl? A good score is a good score in this game, so I don't think even Stranger offers too much of an advantage (read: any are good, thanks for bumping the thread!

Does the 4 on the end of chempop's score indicate four credits/restarts used?

I only ask because on Gigawing2's in-game scoreboard, all scores without a 0 at the end are red instead of white. I recently noted that only a few of my high scores are legit for this game (and crap at that).

managed to get 80% of the volcanoes i usually get, i wont complain, im happy with this score.
I still prefer Mars Matrix but GW2 definitely isnt as bad as i used to think.

GW2 is really great fun. But I (learned to) prefer Mars Matrix too, simply because GW2 becomes really tedious beyond a certain point, after finding/triggering most or all of the volcanon whatsits.
