O3 Entertainment is deeply disappointed we could not publish this title for the GameCube. To our fans we pledge that every effort was put forth to make it available.

O3 Entertainment couldn't release Radio Allergy for the Gamecube? Is O3 shitting us shmuppers or what!?
Oh well, at the very least, one still can play it on the Japanese DC platform for the time being (for that perfect Naomi motherboard look and feel). That sucks big time...Radio Allergy would've garned the official "very last" Gamecube 3rd-party title to have been released...

Or one could break down and get a JPN Bios PS2 console and not have to worry about compatiability issues with modchips, swap magic, etc. Great having a bona-fide Japanese PS2 to play your PSX & PS2 imports! ^_~roker wrote:why don't any of these companies have the balls to release Ibara or ESPGaluda for the PS2?
I'd love to have a US copy of either game.

They should just effing sell it from their website or find an exclusive retailer for it or something. Why did they bother until NOW to tell anyone it can't be carried or check to see who will carry it.
Just make it an O3 only title or only sell it on Amazon, since they clearly had a page ready for it anyway.
This was one of like 2 games that were left for me to buy any time soon and the only other one was Taito Legends 2. ;_;

What the fuck?! What the god damn fuck?!
It was supposed to be all finished and ready for release. This was a niche title anyway, so the number of retailers wouldn't have mattered as much - I imagine most interested people would have just ordered it off of Amazon or something.
O3 has just gone from the most promising shooter publisher in North America to the least. Even UFO Interactive managed to get Raiden 3 out - albeit much later than expected. But hey, a late release is better than none.
Now I have to cancel my pre-order - the only one I have made in the past year.

not much of a code port, just some changes to the medium used (wii disc) and minor adjustments. i dont see them spending time on translations and whatnot and not actually releasing it.. but alas.. stupider things happen.junkeR wrote:Good news for me. I'm glad it may get a release on the Wii. I still have faith in O3.

but it'd be nice to have US versions
seeing Radio Allergy almost get released, Raiden III's release, Castle Shikigami II's release, etc.
makes me wonder why they don't actually release a shmup that's ACTUALLY quality (Cave!)

A compilation of Chaos Field, Radirgy and Karous? That's not terribly exciting. Chaos Field is a terrible shooter (no matter how many ways you dissect it)...Radirgy and Karous are OK (not spectacular), but too similar to each other. I have the Japanese GC, PS2 and DC versions of both Chaos Field and Radirgy...and the Japanese DC version of Karous (with the Wii version already preordered)...so my opinion isn't an uneducated one. I just can't fathom any sort of hype or excitement over any of these titles. Maybe it's just me. If they did a compilation, at least you would be able to purchase all of the games for the price of one...but, even then, Chaos Field was released for the US GC...so I couldn't see them sticking it in a comp for the Wii. In Japan, yes...but the US?o3admin wrote:Milestone is exploring options to bring this to North America as part of a future compilation on the Wii.
