I have heard that the guy that runs that site is extremely unreliable. Apparently there are orders that are months old that have not been filled. I recently got some stuff through the group order with oxtsu, he was a really cool guy. I don't know if he bought any extra stuff to sell though.
I got mad gigabytes.

I buy from a guy in the US that sells Sanwa stuff only though. He doesn't have a site yet either but I like the cheap shipping ;)

For American style parts you can't beat http://www.therealbobroberts.net/.

No Sanwas or other J-style parts, however.

I've bought parts through members on various boards, as well as through Akihabarashop. Per runs the Akihabarashop and is an excellent guy to deal with. I heartily recommend him! He can also special order some stuff from Sanwa and Seimitsu.
