Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

PSX TFV has cool Omake file viewable on PC CD-Rom...

Actually, it's taken from Thunder Force V: Perfect System version (was available for both the Sega Saturn & PSX/PSone platforms).
Working Designs finally brought out the USA PSX version of TFV on a Wednesday, November 18th, 1998 under their "SPAZ" brand name label -- it was priced at $39.99 MSRP (in USD). At that time, my local Funcoland had only gotten five copies of WD's port of TFV -- three were reserved (one of those was under my name, of course) and two extra copies ripe for the taking... ^_~
And Working Designs was also promoting it's $10,000 Grand Prize contest for the "Thunder Force V" contest (in mid November 1998 to January of 1999) -- I entered but did not get any consolation prize whatsoever...hey, at least I tried though. (I did have better luck with WD's earlier Raystorm $10,000 contest -- I won a cool kick-ass Raystorm mousepad for my handy Raystorm shmupping skills & see my name "etched in stone" in the final Raystorm high score contest results courtesy of WD's website.) ^_~
And if you do have a copy of WD's TFV port, by sticking the PSX TFV disc into a PC CD-Rom drive and clicking on the "Omake" file, one can gain access to the cool JPEGs of all the TFV CGI-generated artwork. Is presented in 640 x 480 resolution, nothing that a typical low-end PC can't handle resolution-wise. You can even print them out on professional computer photo-grade paper for posterity! ^_~
