What system is this for?

Amiga. One of the best Euro shmups. Very highly recommended.

I've been the resident Z-Out fan around here for years. The game is awesome and won't leave my top 25 anytime soon.

Stage 5 will bring you nightmares until you get the right timing down, though.

how much does this game go for on the used market?

Yeh, you can play it without any problems in WinUAE

Got no idea about the price though.

I'd like to add that when playing Z-Out with a CD32-pad you can detach the pod with the blue button. Pretty nifty!

It runs perfectly on WinUAE. It's very rare now so it's hard to tell how much it goes for; I haven't seen a copy for sale in ages.

This probably means the original release already supported a two-buttons pad.
