RQ: Last Hope Stage 5 Boss

im having some serious problems with its second form.it seems indestructible.could someone help me out and tell me where its weakpoint is??
probably noone is playing LH anyway so this topic is kinda pointless.please help me

If you'll notice there's a shield that pops up over the glowy bits, but only on one side. You have to shoot the uncovered side.

Alternately, if you want to be a jerk, if you stay on the left side and push up against the boss close enough, your charge shots will make it past it's barrier, and the orb will block the bullets that come out. So you can pretty much kill it without any trouble that way. I call it payback for the laser-block portion of the stage!
