Cheap Man's Dreamcast Window Mod

Alright, so I've got this dreamcast with a pretty nice hole cut into the disc cover. Thing is, I need a method of putting a window into it that would be flush with the cover.

Anyone got any methods for a homebrew window mod?

You definitely want to check out the Devcast site. I haven't found any "window mod" instructions there, but their galleries have DCs with windows in their lids -- maybe you can find someone on that site who can explain to you how they did the mod.
