It may be doujin (it even provides the Circle name), but Tsukumo Hyakutaro is quoted to be also approving (and working?!) on this. Someone get scans of covers! :o

I just downloaded the samples and listening to them now, and to be honest, it doesn't sound any different to the in-game or Technosoft Game Music Collection versions.

Maybe this is a (re)release of the Technosoft "Technology" CD?

if it's a rerelease, it's a damn shame... I already own Technology.

(btw, does anyone know if Technology came with an obi?)

If it's doujin, the main problem is: where to buy?

if that's the case-

then its not necessarily a bad thing, considering how rare the original
Technosoft collection CDs have become.

(especially Technology/TF5)

I should have seen this sooner...

We may call this doujin, but the Circle name says "Limited company: FACTORY NOISE", which is the same group (consisting of Tsukumo Hyakutaro) that composed the music for TF5. So it is more official than doujin, to say the very least.

It's probably worth getting a hold of if you can find somewhere/someone to get it for you, and you like Technosoft music. Technosoft Game Music Collection 10: Technology was the OST for the Saturn version of TF5. This one appears to be the PSX version (note the track Attack Point 2 at the end of the tracklisting, this track only appears in Time Attack Mode on the PSX Perfect System).

I believe so. I'll have to check my bag full of them when I get the chance, but I'm absoultely positive it has one.

I'd say the same if I'd like to sell the cd without spine. :P

Yeah, but I bought that cd myself in Akihabara years ago, and I didn't remember if it had a spine or not - I doubt I would've disposed of it, but I wasn't sure. And besides, Champ de Pins is quite a reliable source when it comes to vgm soundtracks on ebay.

Just think to the massive backlash if he sells that stuff for that price and then someone comes out with a photo of the spine.

Sound clips are pretty good, I love Technosoft tracks. If its a re-release I might pick it up...I don't have this.
