Posting my score from the London Meet. Five days worth of play.

Icarus - 76,421,892 - 1-5 - Tiger Schwert <PROOF>

Not too bad for a Ketsui novice. Also tried a quick couple of runs with the Panzer Jager and pulled off a 66mil to 1-5. 76mil score ended at the fifth stage midboss, first pattern (got trapped). Don't expect me to improve on these, however, as I don't have access to the PCB and will probably never bother buying it.

I actually haven't touched this in a while. It sort of went on hiatus during the tournament and then I got wrapped up in the Esprade ALL (which took way too long, but I did discover some important bits on what works best for me as far as learning a game)

It got put back in a few weeks ago when I got the fixed ROM. Had some friends over to play; then I managed to frag my finger on a soldering iron while attempting to fix my Batsugun sound. (I failed AND messed the board up more! woo!). Just put me out for the night; been getting some runs in occasionally. I beat my old HS by 1M points, so the break didn't really set me back. Just gotta figure out some stage 5 paths and the first loop should fall.

I realized too late that I totally would have been willing (and could have..) to hop across the ocean for the London meet. Too bad I don't have an active passport and the thought didn't occur to me until mid Feb. We could have had a Ketsui pile-on. Oh well, maybe next time
