Just out of curiousity,
how are the points in the rankings calculated?
I understand that because 27 people entered this tournament, the first place gets 27 points and those without a score 0 points. I was just wondering how the point gaps between each position where determined.
I just would like to know, no provocation intended.

For every person that didn't participate, there's a point gap between each player's awarded points starting at the top. So if one person didn't participate, instead of 1st place getting 27 points, and 2nd place getting 26, 2nd place gets 25. And so on from there depending on how many people played. If a very small number of people played, it's possible to go start using 2 point gaps.

We're on break this week.Nemo wrote:1. The tournament will take place over 6 weeks, which includes 5 play weeks. There are 3 initial play weeks followed by a 1-week hiatus. After the one “break week” the tournament will conclude with the final 2 weeks.

Yeah- I've been slacking off (didn't own the last two games and find myself too lazy to use an emulator consistently), give us some time to get working on it.

We here shall not rest until we have made a drawing-room of your shaft, and if you do not all finally go down to your doom in patent-leather shoes, then you shall not go at all.
