What the crap is that? What system is it for? Is it a shmup? The original Harmful Park has all these mini-games in it, and it makes me wonder if it's something like that.
I would have to guess that's a PC game - nothing on the cover suggests a console release.
Peculiar indeed. I can barely make out the word "game" under the logo in the top-left corner. Finding out who or what uses that logo might help as well.
No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.
It's probably a playable demo - it would be cool to discover if it contains beta elements or just a few stages of the final product. Too bad the auction did't come with a photo of the actual cd.
Hm, I'm still doubtful. All the demo discs I've ever seen still have the console's logo somewhere (if they have a cover, at least). That "g" logo is nowhere to be seen on the actual game's cover. And those images are taken from the game's manual.
Well, Ceph'll bring us the truth eventually.

Hmm, from the Tokyo Game Show, eh? It might well be a demo, or maybe it contains the "score attack" stage...either way, that is a nifty little collector's item. I wonder how many are out there...
well the auction states it's a demo from the Tokyo Game Show '97, and indeed the front cover has the TGS logo on it - I'd also assume he has at least tried it before selling (just to rule out the possibility of a cd-rom or video cd with promotional or bonus content).
I had this exact version. It's a HK copy/bootleg of the game. The "oltra players" logo could be found on several releases these days. If you want confirmation ask him about the CD color, it's definitely not black.
