Recommendation for PS2 -> DC converter

Post by ktownhero »

I'm looking to get a PS2 -> DC converter to hook up my HRAP. Shoryuken.com recommends in their faq the "innovation" converter, but I don't know where to find that one.

I see jandaman has a 3 in 1 converter for only like 12 bucks: http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=dc3 ... ry_code=DC

Anybody know if that converter is ok? If not, recommendations on one that is and where I can get it? I guess the only concern is whether there would be lag.
I got mad gigabytes.

Nevermind, I found another faq on shoryoken.com that indicated that the total control converters are fine. I went with the TC+

I have one called an EMS or something. Works great for me.

Word. We're DC-PS2 twins I guess.
How goofy does that sound.

i actually like the Total Controll stuff better than that Innovation converter.

the Innovation one seems very cheap, and the way the VMu slot is designed is really dumb (it sits directly on top of the plug you put in the controller slot, so its top heavy and wobbles around).

I've got a TC+ too, and it works fine. For a HRAP you'll want to set the converter's switch to the far right position to put it into joystick mode.
