Raiden and raiden dx ?

Uhm, they're two completely different games. It's like asking what's the difference between Resident Evil and Resident Evil 4.
Raiden DX is a remixed version of Raiden II, that is A LOT more score-play oriented, and is filled to the brim with extra game modes and secrets.
Raiden is, well, older, and the graphics and sound aren't as good and the gameplay is a lot simpler and more straightforward.
