I created the thread so I could find out where I could purchase it from for a cheap price. I don't recall asking to purchase it second hand. I don't recall wanting to purchase it second hand. I don't browse online stores almost EVER so I wanted to know if there as a store available where I could purchase it from that maybe, just maybe, I glanced over.

It is extremely rude when someone comes into a thread and go "U WANT MAI COPY? 50BUX LOL" (which is advertising, thread derailment, and off topic) which I mistakingly replied and rejected to, making a bunch of elitist shitheads saying I missed out on something I didn't even want.

I didn't snooze and I didn't lose, I just didn't want a fucking second hand copy in the first place. I've already explained why I don't purchase second hand games online. The last game I purchased online was.. ah yes, a copy of Valkyrie Profile from Finland. It was the english version covered in scratches, and when emailing them about it they suddenly couldn't speak proper english. Funny that eh? The same needs to be looked at from.. well, any guy on the internet selling something.

The problem wasn't that you declined, Arznei, it was that you said "forget it" instead of "no, thanks". I'm surprised people picked up on it, actually - this board has a serious problem with people who haven't quite mastered how to not sound toe-curlingly curt all the time.

This isn't ebay, or game tz or a random gaming forum; it's shmups.com. The games I've purchased from people here have been flawless, scratch-free, just like new. Many people here are obsessive about condition and it wouldn't be too hard to figure out who they are (see: feedback thread).

Yeah, I picked up a Dracula X from NTSCJ some months ago, and it seemed like a brand new game to me; pretty amazing, really, considering it was well over a decade old (Hell, I got copies of PS1 games that just sat on a shelf that looked worse than this copy). I would have no hesitation whatsoever dealing with him again.

Geez, can't win for trying to help a guy out, eh? It's really sad that you assume others are automatically out to screw you from the get go, but if that's the world you live in, sucks for you.

Dude, I tried to explain you how the market for games like DOJ gonna be very soon.So im afraid you have only two options now : a) buy it expensive from a trusty online store or b) buy it used from a guy here or someone you can trust.A third option of buying it used from an online store doesnt worth to be mentioned because the price is still high and its better to buy it Brand New.The third option can be applied to non-shmups games though because they are hell lot cheaper than STG games.
So if you are not gonna buy it Brand New so yeah you missed a good chance, 50 USD is a steal.

DOJ USED Copies that have a couple of minor imperfections, discs and manuals can be found online for
45 British Pound = 87.79905 US Dollar
Anyway, good luck finding a copy that suits you.My advice is to buy it now from an online store Brand New.

Heh so true.I have a feeling all people here keep their games in a perfect condition.The fact that we are playing with rare discs and buying stuff hard to be found makes things for shmup-keepers more difficult.Err, sorry for the double post.

It will be a while, but you'll have to look. They had DOJ & ESPGaluda for sale at the Cave Matsuri...quite a few if I'm not mistaken. I'm sure whatever they don't have they'll dump in stores. We're probably talking about hundreds though... not thousands.

The Arika shop appear to have stock (at least, they're not saying they don't...), but I don't think they ship outside Japan. Amazon JP also appear to have stock. Again, Japan only.
