Most of the PCBs (except for Naomi, Atomiswave, Type-X and a few others)won't output VGA, so you'll want RGB the majority of the time.
You could upscale the 15khz to VGA, but that really isn't all that great.

Those are superguns, not boards. Boards (or PCBs) are the games you play on the superguns. And all of those are good superguns. I'd go with a Sigma myself.

That Sigma is old,and they're charging quite a lot. I would highly recommend getting an AV7000 w/ the 9000TB stick.

They aren't always the best looking, but IMO, they are the best you can buy.
